Problem: Design a custom Hose Restraint for Gas Powered Power Washer

A customer sent an RFQ for a special strap to bundle/contain the water hose of a power washer. The solution needed to feed through a molded plastic housing and have a sewn stop to keep it from falling through the slot.

Solution: Specially modified Straight Strip with Welded End (Stop) and dressed Radius tip.

Speedtech produced a strap that was welded instead of sewn, offering a simple and economical solution that had a shorter lead time and a stronger holding capacity than what was originally requested.
